, a native of Pennsylvania, pursued his undergraduate studies at Drexel University and received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He completed an internship at Suburban General Hospital in Norristown and received his residency training in Ophthalmology at the Geisinger Medical Center.
Dr. LeMasters is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology, the Pennsylvania Medical Society,
Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Society, Northumberland County Medical Society and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
Dr. LeMasters has served both as Chief of Staff and Vice-Chief of Staff at Sunbury Community Hospital for the years 1991 to 1995. He has also served as President of the Northumberland County Medical Society.
Having practiced in the Central Susquehanna Valley since 1985, Dr. LeMasters resides near Sunbury with his wife Donna. They have a daughter Kelly and son William.
